February 19, 2025 Off-Platform Visits

• Doulas with portal access can now log off-platform visits for their clients

• Off-platform visits are visits that:

  1) were performed by another doula

  2. have been billed for by that doula off of the Loula platform.

February 3, 2025 Portal Launch

• Onboarded and credentialed doulas can now access the provider portal
• Doulas who have portal access can now create clients and submit visits once the clients insurance has been verified

December 20, 2024 Pandadocs Embedded Sign

• Allow users to fill out forms/sign documents directly in our portal using Pandadocs embedded sign
• Update signature status immediately from embedded sign results and via webhook integration
